Stay hydrated and add extra vitamins to your water.
1 handful fresh mint
1 sliced lime
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
32fl.oz. filtered water
- Place all ingredients in a glass jar or bottle and store in the fridge overnight (you can also drink it immediately, the flavors will just be a little less intense).
- Drink the water the next day throughout the day and refill with filtered water 2-3 times.
