Vegan Reset (and its U.K. counterpart The 28-Day Vegan Plan) is my debut cookbook! It’s a cookbook, practical guide, and meal plan all in one. This is the book I wish I’d had when I first went vegan and started discovering plant-based cuisine. Note: Despite the different titles, this is the same book. Vegan Reset is the U.S. version and includes imperial measurements (cups, ounces, etc.) whereas The 28-Day Vegan Plan is the U.K. version, including metric measurements (grams, liters, etc.)
